How to work well as a team being naïve even when you’re not co-located
Let me tell you about the project what setbacks we went through to make it successful.
we had to clone a website called surveymonkey.com. So lets walk through our journey.

1. How did we start?
- What is the project all about?
- We thought of how the project could be broken into the parts?
- Who are good at what?
- What might get in the way?
We used to have a scrum in the morning and a standup in the evening, we used to check progress and what plan according to it.
2. Mode of Communication-
Communication is important for all teams, but should be a top focus when people are not co-located. Our communication medium was Slack and Zoom.
My team members include-

3. About the Project-
SURVEYMONKEY is a Online survey software that helps you to create and run professional online surveys.
4. New Learnings-
During the project we learnt some new things including planning, collaboration, solving merge conflicts.

- CSS
- NODEJS
6. Challenges-
- main challenge is to solve merge conflicts.
- One of the challenges was to make the cloned website pixel perfect.
Finally we made it successful with cooperation ,coordination and discipline.
